1. Payment Methods

Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can select the bank account suitable for you on the order screen via the EFT/Bank Transfer option. After completing your payment, please make sure to notify us of the payment so we can process your order.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
You can pay securely online with all credit and debit cards. Once your order is placed, the amount will be charged to your card. In the event of an order cancellation or technical issue, refunds will be processed to your card within 3 business days.

Mobile Payment
Currently, we do not offer a mobile payment option. We will provide updates if this option becomes available in the future.


2. Order Cancellation and Refund

  • The services offered on our platform are classified as digital products and software licenses, which are purchased either on a one-time basis or for a defined period.

  • Once a digital product or license-based service has been delivered or activated, it is considered fully consumed, and no refunds will be issued. We kindly ask customers to review service details carefully before purchase.

  • In cases where the customer is eligible for a refund and the process is approved by the site (for example, due to technical failure or incomplete delivery), the refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of the site — up to and including a 100% refund.

  • For discretionary refunds or customer-requested cancellations that are approved (outside of technical failure or service error), the site reserves the right to deduct up to a 10% service fee from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs.


3. Delivery Process

  • Once your social media service is completed, the delivery is considered fulfilled.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased and are listed on each service page.

  • Deliveries are carried out either automatically or manually within the specified timeframes.


4. Payment Tracking and Notifications

  • If any issue occurs during payment, the system will automatically notify you.

  • Please note that smooth completion of the order depends not only on the customer but also on the payment providers (banks, payment gateways) we work with.
