TikTok Money Calculator

Enter your monthly views, follower count and niche to see what TikTok pays through Creator Rewards and what brands typically pay for a sponsored post.

Only these views earn from Creator Rewards.

Creator Rewards$0
Per sponsored post$0
Monthly total$0

Creator Rewards only pays on qualified views of videos longer than one minute, and the rate moves with watch time and region. Gifts, TikTok Shop commission and affiliate income are not included.

Both halves of this calculation scale with views and followers. Our TikTok view services and TikTok follower services are priced per order.

Two income streams, calculated separately

TikTok creators get paid two very different ways and most calculators blur them together. Creator Rewards pays you for views, at a rate that depends on watch time and where your viewers are. Brand deals pay you for access to your followers, at a rate that has nothing to do with views at all. This tool keeps them apart because the balance between them tells you something useful: for most accounts under a few hundred thousand followers, the sponsorship line is the bigger one, and it arrives long before the view based payout does.

What Creator Rewards actually pays

Roughly $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. That is a serious improvement on the old Creator Fund, which paid closer to two or three cents per thousand and left a lot of creators feeling insulted. The catch is in the word qualified. Only views on videos longer than one minute count, and only original content in eligible regions. This is why the calculator asks what share of your views come from long form. An account posting fifteen second clips can have millions of views and earn nothing at all from this programme.

The eligibility threshold

Creator Rewards requires 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the previous 30 days, plus an account in good standing in a country where the programme runs. Brand deals have no threshold whatsoever, which is the practical reason small accounts should not wait around for TikTok to start paying them. A 4,000 follower account in a specific niche can already sell a sponsored post. The same account is nowhere near the Creator Rewards gate.

Why your earnings swing so much

Creators report wildly inconsistent months and the reason is that the rate per view is not a constant. It moves with average watch time, with completion rate, with your audience's country and with the advertiser demand in your niche that month. A month where one seven minute video performed well can pay considerably better than a month with twice the total views spread across short clips that nobody finished. Higher views with worse retention can genuinely earn less money. That is not a bug in the calculator, it is how the programme works.

What niche does to both numbers

Niche moves the view payout a little and the sponsorship rate a lot. A finance or tech audience is worth more per follower than a dance audience, not because the people matter less but because the products being advertised to them cost more and convert into bigger sales. A 25,000 follower finance account and a 25,000 follower comedy account are selling genuinely different things to advertisers, and the gap in what they can charge is often two or three times.

What is deliberately left out

TikTok Shop commission, LIVE gifts and affiliate links are all excluded here. Not because they are small, in fact for plenty of creators they end up being the largest line, but because they depend entirely on what you sell, how often you go live and how well your audience buys. Including a guess would inflate the total and reduce how much you can trust it. The figures above cover the part that follows predictably from views and followers.

Moving the inputs

Both halves of this calculation are downstream of the same two numbers: views and followers. Views come from posting consistently, hooking people in the first two seconds and giving the algorithm completed watches. Followers come from views plus a reason to come back, which usually means a recognisable format rather than one off hits. If you want to see what more early traction does to a video's trajectory, free TikTok views costs nothing to try. Feed your real monthly figures back into the calculator and the projection will track the account as it grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?

Through Creator Rewards, roughly $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. That is a large step up from the old Creator Fund, which paid closer to two or three cents, but it only counts views on videos over one minute long.

How many followers do I need to get paid?

Creator Rewards requires 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the previous 30 days, and you need to be in a country where the programme runs. Brand deals have no threshold at all, which is why small accounts often earn from sponsorships first.

Why do my earnings swing so much month to month?

The rate per view moves with watch time, where your viewers are and how many finished the video. A month where one long video did well can pay far better than a month with more total views spread across short clips.

Does this include TikTok Shop and gifts?

No. Commission from TikTok Shop, LIVE gifts and affiliate links are left out because they depend entirely on what you sell and how often you go live. For plenty of creators they end up larger than the view based payout.
