How does BotViewer take payment, and what about refunds?
BotViewer accepts credit and debit cards and bank transfer or EFT, and also lists PayPal and cryptocurrency; mobile payment is not offered.
Card refunds on a cancelled order or a technical failure are processed within 3 business days. Services are digital, so once an order has been delivered or activated it counts as consumed and is not refundable. Where a refund is approved outside a technical fault, up to a 10 percent administrative fee may be deducted.
