How money goes in, what information an order actually needs, and why a streaming password is never part of it.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards and bank transfer or EFT are documented in the delivery and refund policy, which also states that mobile payment is not offered. The FAQ additionally lists PayPal and cryptocurrency.
The two pages do not list an identical set, so the reliable answer is the checkout screen, which shows what is active for your order and your region at the time you buy. If a method you need is missing there, support can tell you whether it is available before you commit.
Does BotViewer need my Twitch or Kick password?
No. An order needs a public channel link or username and nothing else.
There is no password field anywhere in the flow, no OAuth authorisation screen, and no point at which the service holds credentials for your streaming account. This is worth stating flatly because it is the single most common worry about this category, and because it gives you a clear rule to apply: anything presenting itself as BotViewer and asking for a streaming password is not BotViewer. Close it and report it.
Do you need an account?
No. Checkout works as a guest with just a public channel link.
An account is optional. It exists so that repeat customers can find past orders and support tickets in one place rather than digging through email. If you are buying once, you never need to create one.
What data does an order involve?
The public channel identifier you supply, the payment details handled by the payment processor, and an email address if you choose to receive order updates or open a support ticket.
Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored on the site, in the usual way for online checkouts. The binding description of what is collected, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be removed is in the privacy policy, which governs over this summary.
Is the checkout secure?
The site runs over HTTPS with a valid certificate, and payment details are processed by the payment provider rather than handled on the page.
Worth being precise here, because it is a claim people overstate: a valid certificate proves the connection is encrypted. It does not by itself prove anything about the business behind it. For that, the checkable material is on is BotViewer legit, which is where the independent review site ratings and the company details live.
