Refunds and guarantees
The refund rules in plain language, including the parts that are not in your favour. The binding version is the delivery and refund policy; this page explains it.
Does BotViewer give refunds?
Yes, in defined circumstances, and no in one important circumstance that is worth understanding before you buy.
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Verified technical failure, or service not delivered as agreed | Full or partial refund, up to 100 percent of the payment |
| A full refund is approved | Exceptionally, up to 10 percent may be deducted for costs already incurred. Not a standard fee, never automatic, and you are told before it applies |
| Wrong order details, incompatible account settings, or service conditions not followed | Can reduce or remove eligibility, reviewed case by case |
| Order already started or fulfilled, and you changed your mind | Generally no cancellation and no full refund, subject to consumer protection law |
The last two rows are the ones that catch people out. These are digital services, and once delivery has started the value is being handed over and cannot be returned. That is why the policy asks you to check the order details and the service page before buying rather than after. Every request is reviewed individually against the order, its delivery records and any guarantee stated on the service page.
How long does a refund take?
The delivery and refund policy does not publish a fixed refund timeframe, so this page does not invent one.
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method or, if you agree, to your BotViewer account balance, which can be used straight away. Processing and appearing on your statement are two different things. Once a refund leaves our side, how quickly it lands depends on the payment method and, for cards, on your card issuer. Support can tell you where a specific refund stands from the order reference.
What does a drop guarantee or refill actually cover?
A drop guarantee or refill applies only to the service categories where it is explicitly stated on that service's own detail page.
There is no site wide guarantee covering everything. The duration, scope and conditions are set out per service, and an order placed on a service with no stated guarantee is not eligible for a refill. Before buying, read the guarantee line on the specific service page rather than assuming a general policy.
This is deliberately narrower than the "no ban guarantee" language used elsewhere in this industry. A guarantee about a platform's decisions would be a promise about someone else's system, and it is not a promise anyone is in a position to keep. See is BotViewer legit on why that distinction matters.
How do you open a refund request?
Through live support or the ticket system on the site, with your order reference to hand. Live support is usually the fastest way to get an answer.
WhatsApp and Telegram are linked from the Support Channels bar at the bottom of every page, the delivery and refund policy also lists WhatsApp, and written enquiries go to [email protected]. The official Discord server also has a #public-ticket channel. Existing orders can also be looked up through the Order Inquiry form in the site header. Include the order reference and what went wrong; that is usually enough to resolve it without a second round of questions.
