How BotViewer works

What an order involves, what arrives, and what the service does not do. This page sells nothing and claims nothing the terms of use do not support.

What do you need to place an order?

A public channel link or username, and a payment method. That is the whole list.

BotViewer never asks for a password, never requests an OAuth grant, and never needs access to the account itself. There is no software to install and no browser extension. Checkout can be completed as a guest, so an account is optional rather than required.

If a page or a message ever asks you for a streaming account password while claiming to be BotViewer, it is not BotViewer. Nothing in the service needs one.

How does delivery work?

Delivery times are published on each individual service page rather than promised as a single site wide number, because they genuinely differ by service.

Some orders are processed automatically and start shortly after payment clears. Others are handled manually. Under the terms of use, once a digital service has been delivered the order counts as completed. Live viewer packages run for the block you bought, whether that is measured in hours or across a longer window.

Entry level packages exist deliberately, including plans as small as 5 viewers or 5 followers, so a channel can start close to its real size rather than jumping to a number that looks out of place.

Can you test it before paying?

Yes. BotViewer publishes free tools and free trial services that work without any purchase.

The free tools are generators and calculators with nothing behind a login. There are also free service tiers on the main site. The FAQ is upfront that free tools are not all connected to paid categories and that delivery quality can differ from paid packages, which is worth knowing before treating a free trial as a sample of the paid product.

What does BotViewer not do?

The honest list matters more than the feature list, so here it is in full.

  • It does not guarantee platform compliance. The terms of use say no guarantees are made regarding compliance with platform policies, account security, or permanence of results.
  • It does not guarantee outcomes. The FAQ says plainly that results vary by person and platform and that outcomes are not guaranteed. No package produces partner or affiliate status on its own.
  • It does not deliver a community. Packages affect counts. They do not produce people who will chat with you, subscribe, join your Discord or buy your merch. Anyone claiming otherwise about any provider is selling something.
  • It is not affiliated with any platform. The terms state that the services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any social media platform, and that platform names are used for identification only.
  • It does not have a refund on delivered digital goods. See refunds and guarantees for the exceptions, which are real but specific.

Which platforms are covered?

BotViewer sells services for Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, X, Rumble, Trovo, Snapchat and Spotify.

Coverage is not uniform. Some platforms have a deep catalogue and others have a handful of services, and what exists for a given platform is whatever is listed on that platform's hub page. If a service is not listed, it is not offered.
